1. bachelor degree from a rebutable university (1,2,3,4,80 majoring in accounting with GPA min. 3.00 (9)
2. minimum 2 years expc. in related field (5,6)
3. minumum 4 years expc. in related field (1,2,3,4,7,8) preferably from public accounting firm (9)
4. English both oral & written
